I have downloaded the canon 4.9 toolbox, but when i try to scan a photo, i am asked to specify the programme for the image to be transferred to. the arcsoft progamme has gone, and i don`t have another photo editing programme installed.. When i open the canoscan toolbox and hit scan-1 the following opens up and when i click on scan i get a warning message appear that says, "specifies the program where the scanned image is transferred" with an "ok" button.. When the scan is completed, the mail program activates automatically and displays the transferred image of the new mail with the scanned image attached. also, the scanned image will be saved to where specified in [save scanned image to] settings..
